Request data deletion

To have your personal data deleted, raise a ticket with the subject "Data deletion request" or email hello@arrowdevelopment.co.uk from the address on your account. We will confirm your identity, delete or anonymise your account, portal, support and registrant data within 30 days, and tell you what we have to keep (invoices and payment records, for up to 6 years, as required by UK tax law). Active hosting and domains must be cancelled or transferred away first.
