Terms of service
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms apply to hosting, domain registration, email and related services ordered from Arrow Development, including through the ArrowConnect portal. By ordering or using a service you agree to them.
Services and billing
- Hosting plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. A new plan's first invoice is pro-rated to the 1st of the following month; thereafter it is billed on the 1st (or on the anniversary for yearly plans).
- The first payment for a portal order is taken by card. Renewals are collected by Direct Debit where you have a mandate; otherwise an invoice is emailed for payment within 7 days.
- Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown before any VAT that may apply. Any VAT is itemised on the invoice.
- Domain registrations and renewals are for the period stated and are purchased from the registry on your behalf; once registered they cannot be reversed.
- Add-ons (extra mailboxes, change hours, social media management) are billed with your hosting at the rate shown when you add them. Extra change hours are charged at £25.00 per hour.
Late payment and suspension
If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days after its due date we may suspend the related hosting after notifying you. Suspended sites and mailboxes go offline until the balance is paid. We may charge statutory interest on overdue business invoices.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation of hosting at any time from the portal. Service continues to the end of the period already paid for and no further invoices are raised. Domains stay registered until their expiry date and are not renewed after cancellation unless you ask.
Acceptable use
You must not use the services for anything unlawful, to send spam, to host malware or phishing content, or in a way that harms other customers or the platform. We may suspend services immediately in those cases.
Your content and data
You own your website content and data. You are responsible for keeping your own copies; we take platform backups as a courtesy, not as a guaranteed backup service.
Liability
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. Except where the law does not allow us to limit liability, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
